Honest answers to what most people want to know before they reach out.

What exactly is a WhatsApp order page?

It's a simple website — one page — that shows your products with photos and prices. Each item has a button that says "Order on WhatsApp." When a customer taps it, WhatsApp opens on their phone automatically, already addressed to you, with a message saying what they want. All they do is press send. Think of it as a 24-hour digital market stall that works even while you sleep.

Do I need any tech knowledge to work with you?

None at all. Everything happens through WhatsApp. You send me photos, prices, and your details — I handle all the technical work. If you can send a photo on WhatsApp, you can work with me.

Will customers be able to pay money directly on my page?

No — and that's actually fine for most businesses at this stage. The page shows your products and lets customers order. Payment happens your normal way — mobile money, cash, or whatever works for you. No complicated payment setup needed.

What are the real costs? Any monthly fees?

You pay me once for building the page. After that, hosting is completely free — I use Cloudflare Pages which costs nothing. The only optional extra is a custom domain name like yourbusiness.com, which costs about UGX 25,000 per year and is paid directly to the domain provider — not to me.

How long does it take before my page is live?

A WhatsApp order page: usually 24 hours after receiving all your content. A full business website: 5–7 days. How fast depends mostly on how quickly you send me the photos and information I need.

What if I want to change something after it's live?

Send me a WhatsApp message and tell me what you want changed. Small updates (new product, updated price, new photo) are usually done within a few hours. Bigger changes may have a small fee depending on the work involved.

How do I pay you?

MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. 50% before I start, 50% when I deliver your live link. This protects both of us — you don't pay everything upfront, and I don't work for free. Simple and fair.
